version 0.2 - options

the options menu now fully works, you can change the volume (the slider works but there is no sound yet so it does nothing) and you can change the resolution of the game to better fit your device (not needed for webGL version) 

this only affects the downloadable version as of right now, but when i add sound to the game it will be for both webGL (the playable version on the website) and downloadable versions
